Natural Medium Barrel Plant
First developed in the 1960’s Parnaby Cyclones has installed hundred of complete washery systems all over the world, this is the most cost effective piece of equipment for processing easily separated coals, especially run-of-mine coal for industrial use

Dense Medium Drum Plant
The Parnaby Dense Medium Drum uses the modern separation techniques of drum technology as a washing and separation facility to provide accurate material separation. This enables customers to achieve higher more valuable yielding products.

Dense Medium Drum and Cyclone Plant
This piece of equipment enables raw material,direct from its source, to be processed through a single Parnaby washing facility, separating out the impurities and providing an assortment of washed product grades.

Dense Medium Cyclone Plant
Dense medium cyclones used for very accurate separation of particles of different density, particles smaller than 0.5mm are removed from the mixture before it enters the cyclone. This equipment can be used alone or in a system with dense medium drums.

Sizers
Derek Parnaby Cyclones acquired Anzec Sizers in 2005.The Asec Mini Sizer has been used across British Coal Mines as part of their coal washing equipment for underground crushing.
The Ansec Twin Roll Sizers are used for crushing larger tonnages in excess of 1000 tonnes per hour.

Hydrosizers
Hydrosizers are an effective piece of coal washing equipment for the beneficiating of fine coal. They work best with particles smaller than 1mm.

Gravity Spiral Separators
The gravity spiral separator is used for the efficient separation of fine coals of between 1mm and 100 microns.
